Susanna is passionate about the nourishment of our physical and energetic bodies through the discipline of sports, meditation, and the healing vibrations of sound. In 2023 during her 300-hour yoga teacher training, she experienced her first sound healing where a singing bowl was applied to her body and she experienced a deep transformation. Her root chakra released a lot of old fear, and her phobia of snakes disappeared.

Since then, she has trained in sound therapy techniquest of both Eastern and Western descent helping clients process grief, loss, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and reduce symptoms or chronic pain.

When she's not working, you can find her hanging with her cat, Leon, or racing gravel bikes around Seattle.

Individual Sound Therapy

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in healing sound waves—created by instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and rain sticks. These frequencies help shift your body into the parasympathetic nervous system, where true rest, healing, and emotional balance can begin.
